I bought them without looking at the reviews because I've never had any problems buying original inks. I buy in advance for my offices because we can't run out of ink. I'm also getting an incompatibility error with my Officejet Pro 8610. I've also expired when I can return them. I've done all the small steps they suggest. It's a cartridge, no dirty connections or a need to reset. I can easily put my old cartridge back in and it continues to work. I'm really disappointed in Revain AND the seller that some office supplies that most people try to have on hand BEFORE they run out like INK don't have a longer return policy. I think I'll make a stopover this afternoon. Thank goodness I got a warning that I was out of ink and decided to replace the cartridge immediately. At least my old cartridge will do.
