When I received them I was disappointed as I thought they didn't fit. Called Phillips for the correct part number (HX6023) only to find that Phillips no longer makes compact nozzles. When I tried again, I found that I wasn't pressing down on the brush hard enough to make it click. This compact nozzle is perfect! Personal: I use my own toothbrushing tools to remove a lot of plaque and tartar from behind my bottom front teeth. I then use a small amount of regular Listerine (or generic) and use the compact brush head to brush my teeth and give them a good clean. I then use a standard size toothbrush with toothpaste and my mouth and teeth feel incredibly clean like I just had my teeth cleaned at the dentist.
