I would say I have a medium to large head and these hats are still a bit large. They're pretty well made and wash and dry well - I was hoping they would shrink a bit in the dryer but they didn't! Just my head and they did the same with it. There were weird bumps sticking out between the ears, so it looks a little weird, the stitching is swollen too. Hats are really warm and help keep the cold out. Overall I feel this hat is too big and I just wish it was smaller and more fitted. I would not recommend this for kids, teens or anyone with a small head.
