It has all of our metrics that we need to know about every day, in one place! The ability to easily build dashboards with it is great too - just drag drop elements together or use their dashboard builder tool if you really want more control over what gets displayed where etc. I wish there was an option to export this information into other formats such as CSV but otherwise its been easy so far. We can see daily trends which helps us decide how much time should be allocated each week to different projects/tasks at work. This also allows me to make sure my colleagues are not taking up longer than they have allotted themselves by looking through previous weeks' reports.
