I like how easily you can build pages with it, but also that there are so many options for plugins/themes out of box! There's no real downside at this point as far customization goes - everything works well together in terms or functionality (including SEO). It would be nice if some features were more user friendly though such things may require additional training from our end team member who created them initially when we started using slaem cms last year :) We're building an online store where customers will upload their own products into one place then have those uploaded items appear within another page designed specifically around each product category etc., plus shipping information too. This has been super helpful since every customer gets its very specific view tailored towards what they want without having multiple different sites built just because everyone wants something slightly differently than someone else does e..g "shopping cart" vs personal profile section versus photo gallery area ect...
