Review on Smart Cookie Design by Adolfo Goins

We've worked together for about 5 years now, so it's hard to say they are things I dislike specifically! They have been flexible in terms my demands (it takes time sometimes) but if you're looking at using someone as an extension or expert consultant - we always find that our projects run smoother when there's more than one party involved too :) The support team really helps us out from afar; having them answer questions quickly has saved me many hours during design phases where decisions were being made by myself alone!! And again- their flexibility means even small changes can be implemented without much hassle which saves lots of money over doing everything yourself ;).
