Everything in the photo: extra large towel, drone gear, 4 candy bars, a bag of chips, 2.5 liters of water for a change of clothes, an "airsoft gun", plus a few little extras, and probably more could fit. The lightning seems to be very strong. Chest and hip straps to relieve the shoulders. Good old light military stuff!
