Great tabletop!

I've been looking for a mechanical keyboard for a long time and tried to find a replacement for my keyboard. The problem with buying mechanical keyboards online is that you can't actually type and get a good feel for how the keyboard feels when you type on it. So what do you do when you can't try 4 keyboards when they easily cost around $400? You buy a tester! This small set is a pajama set for cats. It features four of Cherry MX's most popular switches: red, black, blue, and brown. It also includes four transparent buttons and a shock-absorbing O-ring for each button (just in case noise-cancelling is your thing). So what has it given me? Well, it gave me a chance to get used to the physical key switches so I could better understand what type of keyboard I want to buy. I originally thought I was leaning more towards MX Browns, but oddly I'm starting to consider blue or black for my keyboard, but I digress: Pros: - Has four of the most popular Cherry MX switches: Red, Black, Blue and brown. -Allows you to get an idea of what type of switch you want to use. -Great little conversation piece for your desk. Two more switches like MX Clear and MX Green and I'd love to see how they feel below the key. - Still doesn't give you a full picture when it comes to actual typing. on the keyboard but gives some clarity on how the switches themselves work. Overall I like this product, it helped me a lot to learn about mechanical keyboards. I would recommend this product or a similar set of testers to those who want to buy a mechanical keyboard but don't have the opportunity to test it.

Cons
  • too stupid
