I bought this belt to store my battery for a marathon. I had my phone in my side pocket and pretty much all I had in my pocket was an external battery and cables to charge my phone and headphones. the bag barely fit into my thick power adapter. I would rather buy leggings with two pockets. I tightened the belt as much as I could but it was still moving up my ass causing abrasions around my ass. It's not bad, I just wouldn't consider it. back to the marathon
