The product came in its original packaging and looked brand new and undamaged. It was cheap and delivered on time. The only problem was that I hung it on the wall and tried to get the pendulum to work so it wouldn't rub against the walls making a weird noise. I tried to put the watch in any position but to no avail. Finally, I attached some small felt pads to the back to tilt the clock a bit after finding a sweet spot that allows the pendulum to move freely without hitting anything. Now the clock is hanging on the wall, telling the time well, and the tail and eyes are closed. move back and forth freely until I change the position of the clock.
