Review on Premium Sport Weight Cotton Yarn Palette Pack - 100% Fine Cotton - Green Color Shades - 4 Skeins bundle by Dawn Fischer

This yarn is great! It's so soft it almost feels like butter. I haven't locked my project yet, and if the softness degrades after locking, I'll update this review. The yarn is thinner, but I can't determine its size. At first glance it appears to be finger/sock yarn, but when folded in half it becomes worsted, almost thick. So what I'm saying is that this is a Sport/DK yarn. (although I'm still not sure haha) The colors on the product photos need an update as they are more saturated than shown. All the colors in the photos appear earthy, but are very true to color. Yellow is YELLOW. White is WHITE. Etc. However, the brown/tan is actually more of a peach. It actually hurt my project because I really needed brown to ground all the light colors. While I'm not unhappy with the colors, I think the project would have been a lot easier on the eye if I'd gotten tan/brown instead of peach. Overall I am happy with the products and will continue to use them when I have gift knits that require DK yarn as I don't want to use expensive yarn on something that may not fit or be worn by the recipient. Great price for a wonderful yarn. I just have to remember that the colors are more saturated than they seem.
