This was a gift for my father who was looking for a large fridge to work with. I loved that it came with utensils and a cutting board. Nice bonus! At least, that's what I thought. When we received the item, the box was barely closed - there was no sign of it having been forcefully opened - but it was pretty much 'attached' with a single strip of tape that was clearly accidentally applied was. because it barely stuck to the box to seal the box securely enough. Inside, the cooler wasn't even wrapped in plastic for protection - which I wouldn't have too much of a problem with - except that the offending utensils and cutting board weren't in the box/cooler! I seriously considered just accepting the loss and leaving things as they are as I didn't want to deal with the hassle of a refund, but that just wasn't right. I was so disappointed because I really liked the cooler. It looked sharp and strong but wasn't as advertised!
