Review on Aderant Thrive by Carlos Long

The best thing about this software is that it has all of our employees' information in one place which makes payroll management very easy! It also allows me access from anywhere at any given moment when I need something right away or for future reference. Sometimes there are issues with connecting via VPN but we have been able fix these quickly so they aren't much longer than other problems you would encounter if using another program like Quickbooks (which works great). We use ADERANT THRIVE because its ease of setup & implementation made us realize how important employee retention can be as well as keeping track of hours worked by each individual within my firm's legal department.
