Based on my experience, this extension pole delivers. It's incredibly lightweight, making it easy to carry around on outdoor shoots, but also sturdy enough to support my camera and phone securely. The extendable feature is like icing on the cake, giving me the option to adjust the height to my needs. However, the only drawback I found was that it can be a bit tricky to operate the lock when extending it to the maximum length. Overall, a great accessory for any photographer or videographer.
