Defective and non-returnable
I bought this item when I had severe knee pain. I JUST opened it up today and everything looked fine, but when I plugged in the cable, NOTHING happened. Then I started playing with the adapter, I caught a glimpse of the lightbulbs, then nothing seems to be missing anywhere. And of course the return/exchange period has expired. I'm mad, I was looking forward to it. If I could give that NULL I would.
