I love these! I leave them at work, where I sit in front of a computer screen and talk on the phone most of the day. Going to bed at the time you want has become a little easier instead of tossing and turning until 3am. % Garbage. They don't help with eye strain, headaches, or even general insomnia. If you look at the research on blue light blockers, you'll find that it's very mixed, and with good reason. They stop your body from suppressing melatonin earlier in the evening, so you are essentially manipulating your circadian rhythm (biological clock). Most people with insomnia don't have circadian rhythm issuesβthey just don't sleep well in general. The problem isn't the timing. For this group of people, they will do NOTHING for you. If you have a clinically diagnosed circadian rhythm disorder called "phase lag" these are probably worth trying as the risk is zero and the side effects are very minimal. But if you don't have phase lag, don't waste your money and don't rely on blue light blockers. Finally, even if you have phase lag and want to try it, don't expect instant results. Reprogramming the brain takes time, so expect a really noticeable improvement to take months. If you don't see any changes in your sleep patterns after a few months, they're probably not working for you, and you likely have sleep/mental health issues that are outside of your shaky biological clock.
