Review on 🌀 Hunter Fan Company 59263 Cassius 52 Inch Ceiling Fan: 3 Blade, 3 Speed, Indoor/Outdoor, Light Stripe, Pull Chain Control, Fresh White Finish by Paul Massey

The three chrome nuts and bolts holding the blades together were defective. The bolt was too short to properly engage the nut. Called customer service which was just as awful as the wait. In order to ship replacement units (probably less than $2 on average) we had to speak to three different representatives and make two separate calls. They requested photos of the fan from all angles, as well as a picture of the sticker on the fan and a copy of the proof of purchase so they could review the file before submitting the details. 45 minutes on the phone (without waiting) for three bars? Will not buy Hunter products again.
