The simplicity of how to use it, its ability quickly get started with creating custom rules for your organization's data is very helpful! I like that you can easily set up new workflows in minutes without needing any IT support. Sometimes when there are errors or things not working as expected they aren't easy enough to fix them yourself so having an expert team behind helping out would be great. It has helped us automate some processes within our department which have allowed more time back into other areas where we were previously spending too much time manually processing information.
