The device looks impressive. Bought just last week. I can't say anything about long-term reliability. But. Oddly enough, the PC was shipped without a graphics driver. Generally without a driver. That's plug and play. I had to call tech support and they walked me through the download. But imagine if we didn't have another computer. After the computer booted up, it was necessary to load the wireless network driver. Why are they sending a semi-finished car? This was the first and last time I was able to contact support. I spent two days trying to get tech support to set up the display. Failed! I listened to their most annoying music for 10-15 minutes each time. The music only pauses intermittently to prompt us to leave a voice message, but guess what? Voicemail is full or not configured. So that doesn't work either. Now I regret buying from these people. So what can I expect if something goes wrong in a few weeks or months? Can I get support?
