Awesome Tool For Customer Service Desk

The tool has helped me in my work with great time management! I needed to manage all tasks related to customer service for different platforms (Facebook messenger/ WhatsApp). And now everything is organized very well thanks also from many integrations available between other tools like Jira or Slack etc., it was really easy task managing them as one single platform made this more manageable than ever before!! Highly recommendable. Very helpful when you are doing something over multiple places at once - just keep track easily by using tags system which can be useful while working out your tickets too :) Great thing about hope that we get notified immediately if there were any changes done within our ticket so its always up-to date without us having check manually :D It helps keeping things organised & making sure no information gets missed along way ;).

  • Notification settings makes tracking easier compared others where only email notifications sent even after editing previous message / reply messages.
