I like most about this software was its ability to connect all my accounts so it could be easy when managing multiple programs at once from one place! The only thing i dislike would have been if they had an easier way than having each department create their own login which makes everything harder instead just make them able access through main account or something? I liked their flexibility to accommodate many different departments within my organization. They were able to customize what we needed at each level as well as integrate into existing systems. The only downside was they had some issues finding ways around certain limitations placed upon us when using an older version (which didn't exist anymore). It was easy to use once I figured out where everything went! There were some things that took me awhile to figure it all out but they are great customer service reps who will help you through any questions or issues along the way. The user interface could be better if there weren't so many options sometimes when doing certain tasks - like creating projects/tasks etc.-but overall very happy we made this switch from another vendor which had been around longer than us (and not as reliable). The ability to create custom forms and reports within specific programs or projects. It's also great having multiple ways to communicate with constituents through email, phone calls, text messages etc. We are able to track all communications related to a project from start until completion. With so many different communication methods available it makes keeping everyone informed easier than ever.
