Review on eCivis by Micheal Esquivel

It was easy to use once I figured out where everything went! There were some things that took me awhile to figure it all out but they are great customer service reps who will help you through any questions or issues along the way. The user interface could be better if there weren't so many options sometimes when doing certain tasks - like creating projects/tasks etc.-but overall very happy we made this switch from another vendor which had been around longer than us (and not as reliable). We have reduced time spent managing grants & increased efficiency since using ECIVIS.
