I like that it allows me access via my phone or computer at any time which helps with efficiency during meetings/conferences where we're not in our offices! It's also great for when you are traveling as well because of its accessibility through email etc.. I love that you can easily access it in your email or browser which helps me keep track of my proposals at all times! The support team responds very quickly when questions arise with their product as well. There could be more options for customization available within certain modules/sections such as proposal writing (I'm not sure if this exists but would like some suggestions).
