Review on ProposalCentral by Patrick Reid

I love that you can easily access it in your email or browser which helps me keep track of my proposals at all times! The support team responds very quickly when questions arise with their product as well. There could be more options for customization available within certain modules/sections such as proposal writing (I'm not sure if this exists but would like some suggestions). It's pretty easy to use once you understand how everything works together. You have complete control over what information goes into each section so there are no surprises during submission time. This has really helped our organization streamline processes throughout departments by allowing us to communicate via emails instead of having people physically meet up face-to-face.
