The laces snapped for the first time, tightening them
This is not the Minnetonka product that I know and love and have purchased many times in the past. One of the laces broke the first time I tried to tighten it. It is clear that the quality control and materials purchased for assembly are no longer suitable for a durable and long-lasting product. Today I ask for a refund. Sad.Minnetonka - try to bring production of your produce back to the US and not "grow" everything overseas. Charge extra if needed. But delivering inferior products doesn't do me or you any favors. Another respectable American company is selling its legacy!
