I like using this system because its simple! It's easy to use for all levels of users from support level up through management!! The main problem has been how outdated it appears once you get past 10 people in your organization or so (2-3 years ago). There are some new features they have added since that time but there needs be more attention given towards keeping these updated as well with out dated software such as ours at our job site which was created about 15 yrs before we were even hired here - no one cares anymore :( So i would say just make sure everyone uses current versions when updating/adding things if thats what makes sense within their org structure etc.. Keeping track easily & efficiently wé ;ithout much hassle. The ease of use for creating schedules to fit in with what we need it for - our schedule software was not very user friendly! It took me forever just trying to figure out how things worked once I got started using them. If you are looking at getting time off from work or needing more flexibility than your current system offers then this would be an excellent option as well as saving money over having two separate programs that cost too much for us (we have about 50 employees).
