This is the second one I received, my first was in rose gold, I liked it, used it for several months without any problems, only got a new 1 because I somehow have the Strap lost 🤯 but anyway the bottom hook that connects the strap broke a few days ago, I was just standing with it on my neck hanging right in front of me so the phone was laying horizontally and suddenly my phone fell shut Bottom so now I need to be connected to the top ones so my phone is vertical which I hate bugs it's a big pain in the ass to get me back. I'd rather wear it like I don't like it lol
