I like that it is simple to use, has great customer service, and offers flexible payment options so you can pay as little or much as you want (and still have access to your money!). There is no extra fee for being an employee of a school/university - this was one of my favorite things about using their platform compared to some other loan providers out there! Some companies do charge additional fees if they believe your employer does not qualify for certain plans, but common bend doesn't seem to be doing this at all. Their customer support is also excellent and very helpful when having questions regarding payments or anything else related. It's easy to navigate through the website and set up payments. They are also always open to making adjustments in order to accommodate our needs.
