I was surprised when I opened the box and ONLY found the shower head. There was no hose or nozzle to hold the shower head. I went to the description to see if I missed it. While it doesn't say it comes with the much-needed parts to use the handheld showerhead, it doesn't tell you you won't get them either. Personally, I have never bought a hand shower without a hose and attachment for the shower. Is this something new for companies to do? My first impression after the shock was that it is very light. If you just want to replace your hand shower and have all the other parts, you can try this. I got it for the great water pressure it promised, but since I can't use it I can't comment on how well it works.
