I typically ride my '07 GSXR less than 10,000 miles a year in Alaska, so I wouldn't consider myself a heavy user. Overall I would say this is a good product in a category with growing relevant competition. (I'm still waiting for BOSE to make one) I had an earlier version of the same item and my main complaint with the old model was that it wasn't loud enough to hear over 55-60mph or so Togo. This new model claimed to be better in every way and was loud enough that I could hear the song playing at speeds well in excess of 55-60mph. They've changed a few things I wish they hadn't, such as the 'jog' control on the side is now too easy to 'push in' - with a gloved hand it is hard to know how hard you're pressing when you're trying to just turn the volume up or all the way down. I kind of have to concentrate when changing the volume or you pause the music while it frustratingly tries to connect to another headset. The other change they made was that the device is attached to a bracket that attaches to the helmet, now it's hard to remove and feels like you're going to break it or it's sticky or something. The old model was easy to put on and take off with no security issues or anything, not sure why they made it so tight on the new one.
