They are not flexible, rigid as a brick
They are rigid as a brick, they don't bend and should be sold for $10 False advertising. The description says they are flexible. The bottom of the fin broke in my fin case. Had lost a fin, had to dive for it only to find her wing notches were half an inch apart and the bottom had flaked off where the propeller ran. In addition, upon further examination, the left fin was significantly larger than the right.
