I like that it has so many different types/categories you can use when creating surveys or tickets which makes things much easier especially with multiple sites being used by our organization at any one time, also allows us some flexibility as far we are concerned too! There isn't really anything i dislike about this software but maybe if there was more custom options available? It would be nice though because sometimes certain items need additional customization from what they already have built into their system (which may not even exist yet). Definitely try out all 3 versions before deciding where best fits within yours needs; 1) basic 2)"extended"3)."enterprise". We've been using "Enterprises' since 2000+ years ago without issue!!
