Review on Housedeco by Matthew Richards

Revainrating 3 out of 5

Overpriced and underwhelming house decor

I have to admit that Housedeco disappointed me despite the fact that I consider myself a DIY guru. They do provide a large selection of kitchen and home goods, however the value isn't there due to the poor quality. Although they put a lot of focus on sustainability, the products themselves regrettably don't reflect this. Many of their products, in my experience, are composed of fragile materials and don't endure well over time. You would do better, in my opinion, to go elsewhere for environmentally friendly goods. I've also had trouble with Housedeco's lack of uniqueness. Despite their claims to offer distinctive and fashionable items, I've discovered that many of their offerings are unoriginal and can be bought on other websites for a much lower cost. They offer at best subpar customer service, which just makes issues worse. I've encountered a number of problems with orders and have found their team to be unresponsive and useless. Overall, I wouldn't suggest Housedeco to anyone searching for distinctive, high-quality kitchen and home goods. Despite their initial attraction, they are not the best option due to their pricey and unimpressive products as well as their poor customer service.

Pros
  • goods that are both fashionable and practical
Cons
  • Response times in customer service are too slow.
