The impeller seal failed within seconds.

The impeller seal failed within a few seconds. Coolant leaked almost immediately after the Buggy rocket was launched. Impeller cover and impeller removed to check what the problem was and the impeller seal was broken into pieces, it fell apart easily when touched and came loose. from the cup to which it is glued.
