I had forgotten this gaiter is supposed to be green because the one I got is yellow. The fabric is definitely breathable so it's very comfortable to wear. There are no ear holes, but it stays up fine without them. The wrapper it comes in suggests a lot of inventive and appealing uses for the gaiter, but because of the thinness of the fabric I wouldn't feel comfortable using it alone as a mask during the pandemic.
