Review on Dell UltraSharp U2720Q 4K Backlit Monitor with Anti-Glare Screen, Pivot & Tilt Adjustment, USB Hub, HD, HDMI, LED (DELU2720Q) by Tim Padilla

Missing HDMI cable - disgust

I love my new Dell U2720Q monitor which I spent a few days researching before purchasing. I could say many positive things about its pros and cons BUT what stands out is my NEGATIVE experience. In the overall rating, the rating should be "Seller's performance". The monitor's factory box was worn, faded, cracked at the corners as the box should look like after long use, AND the HDMI cable was missing! I feel like I received a monitor that was bought by someone else, returned and then resold to me and no one made sure the HDMI cable was in. I feel this way because after disconnecting my previous monitor and connecting the various pieces, I THEN found I had to grab an HDMI cable from another computer in my house to connect my new monitor and my desktop worked faster than it should. So now I have to contact Revain, the actual seller of this item, and go through all the hoops to somehow get compensated for the cable that is in the item description and clearly indicated on the contents page in the monitor packaging (see my photo). which was crumpled in the factory packaging.
