This item arrived and I was happy to wear it under the dress I received. The dress has been purchased many times with this item and I figured why not. I slipped it over my head and pulled it down to my waist and was comfortable, but when I tried to take it off I got stuck in it. I couldn't pull it back the way I put it on and I couldn't get it down my legs. For reference, I usually wear clothes in sizes M-XL depending on how the brand fits the sizing. Had I had the option I would have ordered a larger size but as it was meant to be a one size elastic I thought I was wrong. Like I said, it fit around my waist but couldn't get it back on the wider parts of me. Long story short, I had to cut it off with scissors. Don't buy this if you're not skinny, it won't work for you. UPDATE: I was able to salvage it by cutting out a thick, solid white satin piece and attaching it to myself, but don't buy this just to finish - I only because I've already paid for it. Find a better skirt.
