wine bottle lamps arrived but no instruction manual. There should be a 6 hour timer but there are no instructions on how to turn it on. Also, all lights are in flashing mode. I would like to switch them to permanent light. I've searched the internet but haven't found any information on how to control the light. I could not find any information on how to contact the seller for further instructions.
