The rubber seal is too big for an "easy" seal when the spout in the gas cylinder is protected. Makes it a bit difficult to screw the lid on properly. Slight irritation. The same seal works great in a pot configuration. Way better than any other poorly designed junk on the market. I've tried several. Because it works so well, I buy more to replace the impossible, ridiculous, stupid, dumb, dangerous "government" designed spouts on my other cans.
