I've always been a fan of Christmas lights and all kinds of colored lights. That's probably why I decorated my whole house with smart lighting. I was very happy to be able to install these colored LEDs in my car. Installation was pretty easy. The only questionable move was making sure the controls were in an easily accessible place without getting in the way. The cables were easy to hide in the floor and around the seats. I moved two strips under the driver's and passenger's seats backwards so that the floor of the rear seat is lit, and I extended the other two strips forward and placed them under the front console. The glue seems strong enough and the LEDs illuminate the car very well. My favorite feature is the setting in which they respond to music and other sounds. I'm not a big fan of the app. It works and is functional, but its design is very generic. However, the app gives you much more control over the backlight than the buttons. I've found that the headlights get a little warmer, but not hot, the longer they're on. Also, they are very funny in the car and are great for night driving.
