Some reviewers say the plastic could have been better, but that's exactly what I expected. It's not cheap plastic. It's also not an Apple product. My only complaint is that the Xbox One just stands up like that due to the XB1's beveled corner. The reason is that the intake side ends on top and the exhaust exits on the other side (against the shelf) and on top of the XB1 - opposite the natural flow of heat. So far, however, this has only been a theoretical problem. Otherwise, my XB1 works just as well (since I only use digitally downloadable games).
