The front of the helmet is split with very little wear.

My two-year-old daughter wore it exactly once outdoors on a four-wheeler ride. I walked with her the whole time to make sure she didn't fall or get hit or anything. She also wears it to ride her bike indoors and walks around with it on her head indiscriminately for a few minutes from time to time. This helmet hasn't been heavily used so I don't know why the front cracked but I'm very disappointed.
