Update: I still like these folding legs but after only 4.5 months the glue on one of the legs came loose. The company sends out a set of replacement patches, but when the second patch only lasts 4.5 months, I'm very disappointed. The original patch on the second leg is starting to come off. It wouldn't be such a big deal, except that the sticky pads have a unique shape that would be hard to replicate if I just bought the same sticky tape. And when the glue starts to break, it expands to about 3-4 times its original size. This will cause your laptop to wobble/unevenly seat. Company suggestion: upgrade the quality of the sticky patches or add a dozen extras (at least!). They attach to the base of my laptop fairly easily and I had no trouble sticking. I really like that they are metal instead of plastic and fold close to the base of my laptop. Good thing the seller included an extra set of self-adhesive stickers in case I ever need to re-stick the legs. I use them with a laptop sleeve/leather so I had to use heavy kitchen scissors to cut off two smaller pieces of the case - I didn't want to glue the legs to the case. Several people have asked me about those "legs" on my laptop.
