Before purchasing the Tuulin Faraday security key I tried to make my own. The key fob's triple wrapping of aluminum foil formed a radio-proof cage to prove the concept impractical for everyday use. So I tried metal and aluminum packaging, but nothing could hide the remote key. This faraday protection worked great and even with the sleeve open over the "cover" my leaf didn't see the key so it should work to deter thieves from stealing my fob's signals. The Tuulin pouch is small enough to fit comfortably in my pocket, but large enough for my keychain with mailbox keys attached. A good product.
