Not sexy but flexible on the body

I installed them on a 2013 Chevy Silverado mainly to protect the edge of the wheel arch opening from car doors etc So, I could use less wide bells but I like the thicker rubber of heavier bells. It is helpful to put them in the sun first or put them in front of a heater on a cold day to make them more flexible. I smeared petroleum jelly on each wire to help it slide along the edge of the bell. My only complaint would be that there aren't enough screws in the kit to mount them properly. this. To keep them taut while walking, do the wheel bends and turns well.
