I have been working with this team for almost 3 years now. They are always helpful when you need them to be! The customer support is amazing in my opinion; they're quick to respond and can usually get back within hours or days if needed. Sometimes it's hard getting through their system at times because everything seems so slow. It takes sometimes up to an hour just to update one record. Make sure that your budget allows enough time for training sessions since there will probably come some things about how computers work which may seem like common sense, but aren't until someone explains it over and over again. This has helped me understand computer systems better than any other provider out there!
