A good product, more pros than cons.
If it were possible to simply replace the part under warranty, then no complaints at all. The chair is a favorite and in all other respects lived up to expectations. But the troubles with (sending back, waiting for when they receive, and not at all in the terms that the operators promise, waiting for the money to be returned, all this complicates the process of communicating with this service). Well, a wish to the manufacturer - strengthen the mechanism and quality of service, at least in cities with millions of people.
- Big, beautiful, comfortable. Eco-leather for 11 months of operation like new, no dents or scratches. Soft armrests, excellent soft wheels, beautiful cross.
- After 11 months of very careful operation, the swing mechanism collapsed. Since the whole chair was in perfect condition, I just wanted to repair it under warranty, but as it turned out, there is no warranty repair in our city and I was offered to return it back to .
