I bought 3 of these for my horses who are experienced with hay nets and suck hay out of 2 inch nets too quickly. Small nets are too narrow to be easily pulled through standard 40-45 nets. a bunch of pounds. They hold around 10-15 pounds if you're lucky or really in the mood. And the poly yarn is way too light - it's already torn in a few places. A few bucks less, Partrade's are much bigger and better. Even if you don't want to stuff 20-30 pounds of hay in a net, they are MUCH easier to fill as they are wide enough to fit through a bale. See mine other review on partrade nets.
