I ordered these wireless earbuds and they worked well for about a week or so. Tried to recharge them at some point in time and the left unit wouldn't recharge or hold a charge. The right unit was working fine. Had an exchange set up and received the replacements in a day and they have been working well so far. Sound quality is good, pairing was simple, operation of controls is easy. I gave them five stars due to how quickly they resolved issue. I know that most electronics are mass produced and that every now and again there will be a defect. Hugo, keep up the great work.
