Sound quality isn’t bad on my end. I find functionality to be mediocre (can’t seem to figure out right button pushes to mute, turn on / off when I want, etc,), but biggest problem is sound quality on the other end when talking on the phone. My husband's old ear buds broke days before a he was schedule to get on a plane for a trip. I found these quickly and were next day delivery, so I ordered them as a fast and cheap replacement, and boy do you get what you pay for. He said listening to music it was okay, 3.5/5 stars. Best feature is battery life. amazing! Worked 8 hours straight and never had to recharge. Worst feature is the ear attachment . and that wasn't as bad as it sounds. The east pieces did come loose Around the east at times but overall. not enough to downgrade below 4 stars.

These are ok. The battery life is amazing. The sound quality is not that good and if you go too far from your phone it gets even worse. These are ok if you just want something for light usage but not for extreme conversations and loud music.

Not sure if it’s an issue with these or compatibility with Apple Watch 3 and/or/also with Strava WHILE listening to Spotify - but often times I’ll head out on run with Apple Watch WITH cellular and these in my ear and whenever Strava notifies me of a mile or two mile or whatever, the music using Spotify will suddenly stop playing. I would have given this 5 stars except that the power-button (which also controls other functions) on the earbuds are right where my finger wants to go when I want to push the earbud into my ear. Okay I like that these fit in my ears properly, I like the piece that hooks them over the ear, but the sound is weird. It works, don’t get me wrong, but it’s the quality of $10 Jelly headphones at the dollar general but wireless. They hurt my ears personally after wearing them for awhile, they hurt to lay down with if you’re a side sleeper and trying to relax with them in. Awesome earphones! I was actually surprised at the sound and it does a good job drowning out background noises. If I had to complain my only complaint and the only reason I didn't leave 5 stars is because they tend to fall out sometimes especially when exercising and you begin to sweat which I guess can be expected granted it's also nice that sweat won't damage them so easily being water resistant.

These things are great. I use them all day everyday. They are so comfortable to wear. They never hurt my ears like others I've used that cost x3 more and the battery life is amazing.

I really like these headphones, but I have had them less than a year and now only one headphone will work at a time. I have done all the troubleshooting I can with no avail. The fit, sound and battery life is amazing otherwise.

This earphone is more suitable for sport, not work. it is so flat and flexible that it firmly clips to my ear without hurting it. It is a bit hard to clip on first though but when it’s on, it pretty much stays on even when you do jump rope. Bought these for my husband. He does a lot of work with his hands and likes listening to audio books while he works. These have worked great for him once we figured out how to pair both ears to his phone. They even survived a trip in the washer and dryer. His only complaint is they aren't totally noise blocking/canceling. My husband works with power tools and it can be hard to hear when he's using his tools.
